We Provide the following services:

Installation and Qualification
Installation Services are available for all instruments. Our staff will unpack and install your instrument, verify the functionality of the instrument operation based on the manual book.
Qualification Services are designed for our customers who have purchased a Qualification Support Package. After our staff installs the instrument, this onsite service will provide the Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ). After completing the service, you will receive all the documentation that can be used according to your needs.

Calibration
Calibration Services like KAN Certification or Tera Metrology, can be performed either on-site calibration or at authorized lab and government agencies. Providing calibration support with professionals skilled in handling aspects of instrument calibration.

Service Repair and Troubleshooting
We provide after sales Service Repair and Troubleshooting, with experienced service staff and also supported by our principals. Commonly service provide at our service center but can be performed on-site service, If possible.

We offer the following service contracts: Preventative Maintenance Contract and Rental Service.
